1. Employee: Have option to cancel their Approved & Pending leaves, only for Post Dated records. Approved leave are the ones which are approved by their respective Reporting Manager. Pending Leaves cannot be cancelled by employee if admin has locked the Attendance of respective month.
2. Reporting Manager: Reporting Manager can only Approve or Reject the leave applications of his sub-ordinates and RM does not have option to Cancel Approved leaves.
3. Administrator: The admin can cancel all the leaves types (except LOP days), pre-dated as well as post-dated, when the leaves are approved by the RM and if LOP are of current months payroll then Admin can cancel LOP.
4. HR: HR users can perform the activities of Administrator and in absence of Reporting Manager, HR can Approve/Reject pending leave applications of employees. And HR can also apply leaves on behalf of employees.
