Employee Restricted/Optional holiday

 

This page gives an option to admin users to opt restricted or optional holiday on behalf of employees.

 

Go to Employees menu >> More tab >>  expand Utilities section >> Click on Restricted Holiday Updates link


Search and select employee in Code/Name field.

Select the Restricted Holidays in OPT column against the defined holidays


Use import option to import the data in bulk for multiple employees, in the same page click on Import button. 

Click on Export button to generate the excel template with employee records

Fill the data like Employee Code /Name, Holiday name and Date and import the same file into the application.
