Follow below steps to add company level weekly off,
Go to Payroll Settings >> click on Holidays
- In Weekly Holiday tab, Select weekly half day in SELECT DAY drop down field
- Select the weeks in which selected day should be considered as weekly half in the Left side table
- Suppose an organisation has the half day as a weekend, then click on the Half day to enable the weekend for half day and select Consider Full Day for Leave Rules, if half day to be considered as full for salary calculations.
- Click on Save to capture the entered details
