You can upload your company documents such as leave policies and other such related documents so that employees are able to view them for their reference.
The path to upload these documents is as follows:
Go to Payroll Settings >> Configure Rules >> Setup Rules >> click on Set up your intranet.
Ø Type name of the file in Reference File (Eg, Our Company Leave Polices, Our Company Hiring Polices etc),
Ø Enter the Uniform Resource Locator, for external links (URL)
Ø Attach a file (self-explanatory).
Ø Make the Active Link by checking and Save
Ø The View /Edit option allows you to edit the uploaded file for correction.
Ø Any number of files can be uploaded. (Max limit 2 MB per document).
